1. No Return / No Refund

Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. We do not accept returns due to personal preferences such as fragrance selection, intensity, or longevity.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases where a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To process your claim, you must:

  • Share clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  • Provide order details such as invoice number and date of purchase.

After reviewing your claim, our team may offer a replacement for the same product if the damage is verified. Refunds are not issued.


3. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images. Once verified, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no extra cost.


4. Cancellations

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases (such as duplicate orders), cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not been shipped.
