1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During festive seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer due to high demand.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details on your registered email or WhatsApp number.
2. Delivery Time
- Within Mumbai: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability, weather, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on certain promotional orders or above a specific purchase amount.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, your tracking ID and courier details will be shared via WhatsApp or email. You can use this ID to track your order directly on the courier’s website.

6. Damaged Packages
If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately. Once verified, we will send a replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.
